Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subject to availability, your ticket can be used on any day and any date for up to 6 months from the intended date of travel. Due to limited capacity and set tour times for our Half-day and Combo Tours: Mt Wellington + Richmond Village, Mt Wellington + City Sights, Mt Wellington + Historic Harbour Cruise and Mt Wellington + Zoodoo Zoo, you will need to select a specific date and time. If you need to change the date or time of your tour, as long as it is more than 24 hours prior to your tour departure, please contact us by phone on 0408 341 804 to alter your booking, subject to availability.

Refund Policy: For all tour and ticket types, cancellations made within 7 days of the selected travel date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds are issued for cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice of the selected travel date and incur an administration charge of 30% of the total booking amount. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
